Mr. Lee Dowd is the founder and President of AnaCreek Capital Corp., a private equity firm focused on real estate investments in multi-family, commercial and development opportunities across Western Canada. To date, he has directed transactions having an aggregate value of over $250 million.

Since 2005, Mr. Dowd has transacted in the acquisition and disposition of nearly 300 multi-family units along with six retail properties representing over $43 million. Through a strategic partnership with a top-tier developer, Mr. Dowd has taken 40% to 50% equity positions in multiple joint venture condo-townhouse developments featuring a buildout value of over $210 million. Lee’s conservative approach to managing risk, commitment to proper due diligence, and inherent ability to build key strategic relationships have contributed to his successful track record of generating returns.

Prior to focusing on private equity investments in real estate, Lee spent five years in capital markets with a bank-owned brokerage firm.
